Washington State statutes that provide limits on equine activities liability:
RCW 4.24.210 shields landowners from liability from recreational users unless the landowner has knowingly done something dangerously negligent.
RCW 4.24.540 shields people offering equestrian situations from liability unless they do something seriously negligent or purposefully injurious.
